What We do

Your living space is quite important to you, you spend a lot of time there. You may get a vision to have your living space re-done in order to enjoy it more. BLou Creations would love to take your vision and create an elegant 3D rendering to showcase your vision of your outdoor living space. We can create whatever your vision may be. It may consist of a new hardscape, landscape, a custom fire pit, a custom BBQ area. Whatever the vison may be, we are here to help those visions come to life. Our ultimate goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the 3D rendering of your vision. Interior rendering is also available. Nothing is really off the table when it comes to us rendering/designing for you, give us a try.

The Process

Meet with you at your property.
Take photos, measurements, and scans of your living space.
Go over your vision for your living space.
Back at the office, we build your home into the CAD program, add your vision, and then go back-and-forth with revisions until you're completely satisfied.
Once your rendering/drawing is complete, we can put you in contact with a licensed contractor, or you can seek your own. We are here to help create your vision!

A PDF with multiple angles of the finished rendering will be provided via email or print.
A link to access a video fly-through (YouTube link provided).
Nighttime renderings and a nighttime fly-through are available upon request.
Measurements are available upon request.
Note: The contractor should be taking their own measurements but the ones I provide can be a good reference point.
